Meditation
Meditation is about self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-realization. Immediate benefits are a more calm, relaxed, non-judging, accepting, kind and aware you. Different meditation techniques are explored in a safe, peaceful environment, as taught by the Kripalu Center. We contemplate topics that help to explore the mind and to build resiliency. I also plan to explore Thich Nhat Hanh's work and others as appropriate.
Drop-in classes every Monday 5 - 6 pm. $10 per class.
